Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your request. We also record the page the form was submitted from and the date and time of the submission so we can respond in context.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools on this website, so no cookie consent banner is required.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform notary services, keep the records a notary public is required to keep under Nevada law, and follow up about the specific matter you contacted us about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list. You will only receive email from us in reply to a request you made.
How we store and share it
Form submissions are stored in our secure database and emailed to our business inbox. Access is limited to the people who handle appointments. We share information only when it is necessary to complete your requested service, or when we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a Nevada notary public. Nevada residents may also request that we do not sell their covered information; we do not sell it in any case. To make a request, email sales@breatheasy.net.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
